The first Agriturismo in le Marche
Fonte Pennici
Fonte Pennici is the first Agriturismo in Cingoli which is located in the Le Marche province of Macerata.
The “Agriturismo Fonte Pennici” lies in the small hamlet or ”frazioni” of Torre which is a part of the Comune of Cingoli, on the summit of Monte Circe. The prominent position has led to the area being called the “Balcone delle Marche” which literally means the “The Balcone of Le Marche”. This name is merited due to its magnificent terraces with panoramic views across the Le Marche Countryside to the horizon outlined by the Adriatic Sea.
The Agriturismo takes its name from “Fonte Pennici” which is a natural spring dating back more than 400 years. The location of the house has the feeling of being immersed in an oasis of green, unassuming quiet, echoing the history of the Le Marche landscape and cultures.
The House
The Agriturismo Fonte Pennici comprises two separate apartments on two distinct levels, immersed in the 18 hectares of Olive groves, pastures and woods belonging to the Farm.
The first of the apartments has a master bedroom, a double room with twin beds, a large bathroom and a kitchen; the second apartment comprises a master bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen.
On the ground floor there is a dining room and seating area for the guests with an open fireplace.
Services
The Agriturismo has a multitude of services available for its guests: Above and beyond the ability to stay in the comfortable apartments, you can find space for camping, walks, bicycle hire, beautiful flower beds, and in addition there are many produces made in the Agriturismo available for sale such as: Olives, Oil, small animals, goats produce, and salamis.
